Every now and then, some assume that being a graphic designer is an easy task. Learning different type of applications is inevitable to us. The rush to deliver projects on schedule and deliver them with right specifications requires speedy magic on using apps. Be fast and organized with ones own work flow is the best we can do. Firefox went from a beta to a Release Candidate. The release wraps so-many bug fixes, sure thing you’ll notice nothing new from it’s features (if you’re from the beta version) but you’ll probably get that brand new Firefox icon! Well it’s not brand new revision. The Firefox logo got it’s minor revisions making it look crispier and have better contrast on the desktop. Long live Mozilla Firefox!

It’s been a lifeless week for me and a pop in my head boomed “Why not try Firefox 3.5?!”. The hype is getting crazier when a major Firefox version comes out. But what’s to get excited for a web designer/developer? Will my extensions work the same as they are? Well I’m not really into deep testing the new Firefox from the inside (the api). I just wanna take a look if all my extensions will work. And if they, well you’re right, I’ll push the big ’switch’.

Taking videos became a good hobby of mine since my days in college up to now. But owning a low grade video camera is really a pain in the ass. Getting the raw footage from miniDV to digital is quite a pain sometimes. It may seem easy using Adobe Premiere’s ‘capture’, but taking a look on the raw video felt really daunting. Everything in the video really needs cleaning up! A process like deinterlacing and noise reduction needs to be taken seriously. Ofcourse, Premiere can handle these, but its noise reduction keeps me out of it. That’s why I chose Avidemux for this job.

Yey! I just upgraded to Wordpress two point eight (2.8). The upgrade was soooo easy, it boomed me for a one click! Then this blog is now all new and shiny (well, in the back end). There were a lot of new things on the current release of Wordpress. Most of the them are roughly improving the past release. Making everything customizable, appealing, and anything you can think of making a blog easier to use. Ohhh don’t forget to watch their video overview.
